The stay with my partner was excellent, the staff were incredible and provided great advice, the food was delicious making it an excellent experience.

Overall it was comfortable with jacuzzi bath.

This place is a great base for exploring, with attentive and exceptional staff, a convenient location close to the harbor, and delicious breakfast meals, making it my favorite property in the area.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a such beautiful area, really close to Halong and the harbour and Vietnam. The room was both tidy and incredibly comfortable with jacuzzi bath as well as incredible view. Having a walk-in shower, dryers, and terry cloth bathrobes was a bonus.

Our stay here was very special, fabulous base for exploring Ha Long. It was absolutely perfect, luxurious and with jacuzzi bath. Staff were attentive. The food we tried was perfect and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from.

The cruise was a blast with plenty of activities, stunning views, and a fantastic crew. Made some amazing memories.

Loved the "smartly designed" Family Suite with its 02 separate cabins. The Minosa Cafe was so luxurious, it made me feel like I was in a romantic lounge. The diverse beverage menu was a pleasant surprise, especially the "reasonably priced" cocktails and wines.

Didn't get to try the "state-of-the-art" navigation equipment and safety procedures because, well, who needs safety when you have rain and cold weather?
